Frequently asked questions
Yes, I ship paintings worldwide. Shipping is handled by reliable international courier services. The shipping cost is included in the price of the paintings, and delivery times are calculated individually based on your location. Please note that any customs duties and taxes (if applicable in your country) are the responsibility of the buyer upon receipt.
The safety of the art piece is my top priority. The painting is carefully removed from the stretcher bars, layered with special protective paper, wrapped in a layer of protective film, and packed into a sturdy, specialized rigid tube or box. This fully protects the texture and the canvas from any damage during transit. Upon arrival, you will simply need to take the canvas to a local framing shop to have it stretched onto a new wooden frame.
The paintings do not require complex maintenance. Due to the flexibility of the unique coating, they are resistant to external factors. Simply remove dust occasionally with a soft, dry brush or a slightly damp, undyed microfiber cloth. Avoid direct contact with water and do not place the artwork near heaters.
All payments on the website are processed securely and officially via PayPal. You can pay for your order using your PayPal account or a credit/debit card through the system's gateway. For custom orders (commissions), work begins after a 50% deposit is paid via an issued invoice. Ready-made paintings are shipped upon 100% payment for the artwork.
