1. Choose a painting or prints.

2. Register and fill in your personal information for accurate delivery. Please make sure to include your full name (first and last), email address, phone number with country code, and full shipping address with postal code. Sometimes the delivery service may request additional information about the recipient—in that case, I will contact you separately to уточнить details.

3. Payment can be made by card or via PayPal. After payment, I will receive a notification about your order and will immediately confirm that your order is being processed.

4. Preparing documents for the painting and packaging takes 3–5 business days. During this time, I will keep you updated on the progress of your order.

5. Packaging. I ship paintings rolled in a special protective tube. To avoid any issues related to damage or defects during shipping or final framing by the customer, I take photos and videos of the artwork before and during packaging.

Sometimes customers do not open the package upon receipt and send it directly to a framing workshop, where it may accidentally get damaged. Please make sure to open your order immediately upon delivery to ensure everything is intact.

6. Shipping. Once your order has been shipped, I will notify you immediately. I will send you a photo of the receipt and the tracking number. Delivery usually takes 7–14 days, depending on the destination country.
