SHIPPING
Shipping is included in the price and is available worldwide.
Orders are shipped using different courier services depending on the destination country.
Delivery time is approximately 7–14 days.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
Returns and exchanges of original paintings and reproductions are subject to an additional fee.
This is because the painting is outside my jurisdiction, and the collector is responsible for the safety of the artwork upon delivery, including proper storage, repackaging, transportation, and insurance.
When placing an order, please carefully inspect the artwork.
If you have any questions, require clarification, or require additional photographs or videos of the painting, please contact me, and I will provide you with all the information you need.
DAMAGED ARTWORK OR PRINTS
Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect it for any damage. If you notice any issues, contact me so I can assess the problem and help resolve it if possible.
To prevent issues related to damage during shipping or final framing, I document the condition of the artwork with photos and videos before and during packaging.
Sometimes customers do not open the package and send it directly to a framing workshop, where it may accidentally be damaged. Please open your package immediately upon delivery to ensure everything is intact.
LOST SHIPMENT
If your order has not arrived, please contact me and I will do my best to investigate the situation.
If more than 30 calendar days have passed, the order is considered lost. In this case, I can offer a full refund or replace the artwork with one of equal value.
CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES
Many countries apply import duties and taxes once the package arrives in the destination country. These charges must be paid by the customer before receiving the order. Please check your country’s import regulations in advance.
If your order is held at customs and you have not received a notification, please contact your local customs office. Unfortunately, I cannot influence this process, as it depends on your country’s regulations.
