Orders are shipped using different courier services depending on the destination country.
Delivery time is approximately 7–14 days.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
Returns and exchanges of original paintings and prints are not accepted.
This is because there are no responsible parties for handling the artwork after delivery, including proper storage, repackaging, shipping, and insurance of the original painting or print.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have carefully reviewed the artwork and made your final decision.

DAMAGED ARTWORK OR PRINTS
Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect it for any damage. If you notice any issues, contact me so I can assess the problem and help resolve it if possible.
To prevent issues related to damage during shipping or final framing, I document the condition of the artwork with photos and videos before and during packaging.
Sometimes customers do not open the package and send it directly to a framing workshop, where it may accidentally be damaged. Please open your package immediately upon delivery to ensure everything is intact.
LOST SHIPMENT
If your order has not arrived, please contact me and I will do my best to investigate the situation.
If more than 30 calendar days have passed, the order is considered lost. In this case, I can offer a full refund or replace the artwork with one of equal value.
CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES
Many countries apply import duties and taxes once the package arrives in the destination country. These charges must be paid by the customer before receiving the order. Please check your country’s import regulations in advance.
If your order is held at customs and you have not received a notification, please contact your local customs office. Unfortunately, I cannot influence this process, as it depends on your country’s regulations.
